ボランティアは「硬い」とか「偽善」というイメージがありましたが、私は「やってみてヨカッタ！」英語が不安でしたが、とっても喜んでもらえて自信もついたし、私自身も沢山の元気をもらいました！　NYの暖かい助け合いコミュニティも垣間見れて、英会話の勉強にも良い機会だし、是非今後は友達も誘ってみます！

 

初心者でも気軽に、という事なので参加しました。今はNYに来たばかりで知人が少ないのですが、この日は一緒にボランティアした仲間や地元の人達との日常生活の範囲を超えた出会いがあり、視野が広がりました。
